This Privacy Policy explains how Madischu LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website madischu.com  (the “Site”), purchase our products or services, or otherwise interact with us. We offer health & wellness counseling, life coaching, e-commerce and personal website development, website audits, business strategy, internet marketing, we sell books, online courses, and other virtual, downloadable or physical products and services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

   a. Information You Provide Directly

• Health & Wellness Data: During counseling or coaching sessions (via forms, emails, or video calls), you may voluntarily share sensitive information such as health conditions, goals, lifestyle habits, or emotional well-being.
• Website & Marketing Consultation Data: Business name, website URL, traffic data, marketing goals, or files you upload for audits.
• Course & E-book Enrollment: Enrollment details, progress tracking, and quiz/test responses.
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or inquiries sent via contact forms, email, or chat.

  b. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, click patterns, and referral sources.
• Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location.

Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with signed permission.
“Shine the Light” (CA Civil Code §1798.83): We do not share PI with third parties for their direct marketing.

7. Cookies & Tracking
   We use:

• Essential Cookies: Enable login, cart, and security.
• Analytics Cookies: Measure performance (Google Analytics).
• Marketing Cookies: Retargeting ads (Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

You can manage your preferences via our Cookie Consent Banner or through your browser settings. Disabling may limit functionality.
CCPA Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control – GPC):
We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals (e.g., GPC) for the sale/sharing of personal information.
Since we do not sell or share, GPC has no effect on our processing

8. Children’s Privacy
   Our Site and services are not for children under 13.
   We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16.
   If discovered, we delete it immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
   Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. We use EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers where required.

    Our Site may link to external sites (e.g., payment gateways, Zoom). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
